Ronda Rousey's loss at UFC 207 might not have come as a shock to many but the brutality of her loss inside a minute to Amanda Nunes was unexpected. Dana White has spilt the beans on the scene in her dressing room after the fight.

After losing to Holly Holm over a year ago, when the former boxer stopped Rousey with a kick to the head, the former Olympian hadn't stepped foot in the octagon again. Then on Friday night she had a shot at redemption to claim back her bantamweight title against Nunes.

Many had questioned Rousey's mindset leading up to the fight after she refused to do any media and after being embarrassed in just 48 seconds there's a feeling that she won't stick around MMA much longer, if at all.

Despite losing her two most recent fights and her UFC career potentially coming to an end Rousey is the woman who made the women's division famous and UFC president Dana White paid tribute to her and described the scene post fight in her dressing room telling ESPN's Ramona Shelburne:

"I must have tears, blood and boogers all over my f---ing jacket. I went in there and hugged her for 45 minutes. I told her, 'I love you so much, and whatever you want to do next, I got your back. You built this. This doesn't exist without you. You're the best decision I ever made.'"

The 2008 Olympic judo bronze medal winner had made an incredible name for herself in UFC and popularised not only the women's division but the sport and was its biggest draw until her loss in 2015 and the emergence of Conor McGregor.

Nunes became the first woman to defend the title after Rousey. Holm had lost to Miesha Tate who in turn lost to Nunes before the 28 year old Brazilian beat the former and champion.

If it is to be Rousey's last fight it's a sad way for her to end her career.
