Most elite athletes these days know how to do an entire interview without saying a single interest thing, especially when it comes to post match interviews. But one Japanese pool player is bucking the trend.

When it comes to the end of a football match most players know how to say it was a "terrific effort from all the lads" and mention just how wonderful the fans have been, that's if they win anyway.

Of course there are exceptions. Jose Mourinho is the best example and whether you like what he's saying or not at least the Manchester United manager will give you something, unless he rudely walks out for no reason in the middle of the interview.

Other sports are usually the same with no one saying anything of too much use most of the time.

Step forward Japanese pool hero Naoyuki Oi who is becoming a bit of a sensation for his infamous post match interviews. Clearly Oi's first language isn't English and that makes his interviews even more incredible:

Oi was speaking to Sky Sports along with playing partner Hijikate Hayoto after the pair beat Thailand during the World Cup of Pool in London.

The magic and wonderful production of a fake ear by the pool player just adds to just how bizarre the whole interview is as the Japanese player goes from looking like he's no idea what the question is about to making us laugh with the most genius response ever given at a press conference.

Pep Guardiola talks about John Stones' balls in his post match presser.

Whilst most sports people usually give us nothing to go by in their interviews two men who are always worth the entry fee alone are Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather, yep they're even getting a mention in this article.

The two men will face off at the end of August in a superfight between UFC's biggest star and boxing's biggest star. We're expecting some interesting chat during the build up.

Both men will have to go along way to being more entertaining than Oi though!
