Arnold Schwarzenegger charges $150k for a personal training session with all money going to charity

Imagine getting a few tips and tricks from Mr Olympia himself.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is probably the world's most expensive personal trainer – and for good reason too.

The bodybuilding icon recently charged two groups $150,000 each for him to guide them through a very special workout.

But unlike most other PTs, Arnold's earnings aren't going towards a membership at Fitness First or even a big tub of mass gainer Whey protein.

No, instead, that sum of cash is going towards charity.

According to TMZ, a bloke named Morris Flancbaum bid a whopping $150,000 for the chance to have a gym session with Arnie.

Morris' $150k was the winning bid so he and his sons were lucky enough to get a personalised pump with the former Mr Universe and Mr Olympia.

Another auction winner who bid $150k was there too.

At the auction, Arnie was also offering up a bunch of his clothes as well as a ride in his tank.

Yes, the man has an actual tank at his disposal.

Oh, and a heap of big-name stars turned up to support, including Danny DeVito, Dolph Lundgren and - of course - Sylvester Stallone.

But all the proceeds from the auction didn't go into The Terminator's back pocket, instead they went to his charity called After-School All-Stars.

Founded 30 years ago by Schwarzenegger himself, the charity aims to help school kids around the country by providing programs and exercise.

Taking to Instagram, Arnie said: "We raised over 5 million dollars last night for @afterschoolallstars. Thank you to all of our donors. I started this program with a vision of keeping kids safe and growing between 3-6pm, but we couldn’t serve 100k kids in 60 cities without you."

From NRL to AFL, cricket to rugby — you name it, Max watches it (with a beer in hand, of course). During his time at Fox Sports, he worked in the football department covering the Premier League, A-League, Socceroos and Matildas. Born a stone's throw away from West Ham's training ground, Max is obviously a die-hard Liverpool fan.
