Former England footballer Adam Johnson has been filmed in prison telling his fellow inmates he wished he had raped his 15-year-old victim.
The 29-year-old, who is serving six years for sexual activity with the girl, was recorded describing his crimes as 'fuck all'.
In the video, obtained by the Sun, an inmate can be heard asking Johnson how long his sentence was, before pointing out that he never raped the girl. Johnson replies: "No, I wish I fucking did for six years [in prison]."
At trial, Johnson, who has a two-year-old daughter with former partner Stacey Flounders, told the court he was 'ashamed' of his actions, which saw him jailed for grooming, kissing and touching. He added: "I wholeheartedly and unreservedly apologise for my actions."
Sources have now told the Sun that this footage will scupper any chances he has of an early release.
During the six-minute video, which looks to be filmed in a laundry room, Johnson also says that if he were 'Joe Public' he would have only received a caution and that a court 'might not even have charged' him.
Johnson goes on to say there are people in prison who have been 'shagging 12-year-olds' and got 'less than half the time' he was given as a sentence.
He also ruled out a return to British football, saying that 'do-gooders' won't give him a second chance, so he's got a better shot in a different country.
Johnson was jailed in March 2016 after admitting one charge of grooming and one of sexual activity with a child. He was convicted of an additional charge of sexual touching.
Detective Inspector Aelfwynn Sampson said at the time: "Johnson exploited his position as a local hero to take advantage of a young and impressionable girl.
"From the start of their contact, he knew full well that she had just turned 15 and yet this did not stop him. He no doubt thought that he would get away it."
An NSPCC spokesman told The Sun: "What part of 'age of consent' does Johnson not get? To make it crystal clear to him: adults can't have sex with children.
"His lack of remorse for sexual activity with a child is appalling and shows utter contempt for his victim."
The prison service is yet to make a comment.
