You Can Win $10,000 On Floyd Mayweather's Instagram By Captioning Conor McGregor Video

Conor is going to be pissed off about this...

Months and months ago, Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor were reportedly in discussions over a potential boxing or UFC fight - when I say reported, I mean, they exchanged words over social media and things got a little crazy.

The rumours quickly died down but rather predictably, they are back bigger than ever and the five-division world champion has tried to rumble McGregor once again by holding a caption contest on his Instagram page, with the winner bringing home a cool $10,000.

Mayweather's video shows McGregor tapping out to Nate Diaz earlier this year, but as we all know, the irishman got his revenge back in August.

We've seen some pretty heated exchanges between the pair in recent months but Mayweather's latest video of McGregor will surely bring a response from the UFC Lightweight Champion:

in a video published by TMZ last month, McGregor called Mayweather "afraid" and said he was demanding $100m for a showdown between the two during an appearance in a New York nightclub on Tuesday.

"As far as real fighting - true, pure unarmed combat - Floyd don't want none of this,"

"I want the $100 million cash to fight him in boxing rules because he's afraid of a real fight."

Back in May this year, Mayweather said that a fight with McGregor was possible and the rumour was actually started by himself:

"It's possible. it was a name that was shot at me. The rumors that y'all been hearing is the rumors that I started. t may not be a rumour, keep y'all fingers crossed

"it may be a boxer versus an MMA fighter."

Will it happen? Or is this just another bullshit rumour?
