Slaven Bilic has tied up the deal for Manchester City's Joe Hart by securing his services on a one year-loan, and it appears the club have reached an agreement for another high-profile transfer.
West Ham eventually finished 11th in the Premier League last season, after being involved in a relegation dog fight.
So, needless to say, Bilic is hellbent on strengthening his side ahead of the new campaign.

And following the signing of Hart, the club have had a massive €27 million bid accepted - with a bonus making the deal set to rise to €32 million. According to Goal, Lazio have accepted their offer tabled for Keita Balde.
This marks West Ham's third offer following two bids which where rejected by the Italian outfit. A €20 million and €25 million bid where turned down as Lazio where adamant on €32 million.

The 22-year-old reportedly rejected Everton earlier in the summer. He was also harbouring ambitions of playing for Juventus though the Serie A champions looked elsewhere in bolstering their side.
Inter Milan are also keeping tabs on the Senegalese attacker. The fallen European giants viewed Balde as an ideal replacement for Ivan Perisic with the Croatian winger subject to intense transfer speculation. Manchester United remain heavily linked with Perisic.

Balde has been attracting plenty of interest following his performances for Lazio which included 16 goals in 31 league games.
As well as Balde, the club are hoping to secure the signings of former Manchester United hero Javier Hernandez and Stoke City's Marko Arnautović.
