The Premier League transfer window closed on Thursday but clubs in Italy and Spain could still change the list this summer.

With the summer transfer window over in England and the Premier League having started it left us wondering who the top 20 highest transfer fees of the window are so far, but will anyone break into it before summer is over?

There's been plenty of money splashed about all over Europe this season with some absolutely mammoth transfers.

All the spending in the Premier League is over after the window closed on Thursday but who is on the list of this summer's top 20 highest transfer fees paid, as per Transfermarkt?

1. Joao Felix; Benfica to Atletico Madrid - £113.4 million

2. Antoine Griezmann; Atletico Madrid to Barcelona - £108 million

3. Eden Hazard; Chelsea to Real Madrid - £90 million

4. Harry Maguire; Leicester to City to Manchester United - £78.3 million

5. Matthijs de Ligt; Ajax to Juventus - £76.95 million

6. Lucas Hernandez; Atletico Madrid to Bayern Munich - £72 million

=. Nicolas Pepe; Lille to Arsenal - £72 million

20. Joelinton; Hoffenheim to Newcastle United - £39.6 million

There's some interesting names on the list and it's a surprise to see Lukaku as far down it as he is, with Inter able to get the former Manchester United striker at a relatively cut price from England.

With windows left open around Europe it'll be interesting to see if anyone makes a big money move on the continent, with Neymar the man most likely to break the top 20.

The PSG man has been linked with both Real Madrid and Barcelona, although any deal for him is likely to depend on swapping players too.
