The Latest Chelsea Youngster To Leave On Loan Isn't Pleasing Fans

The Blues love to send a player out to get more experience. But fans aren't impressed with who Chelsea are letting go this time.

There's nothing wrong with sending out the odd player or two on loan to make sure they get more experience and Chelsea take it to a whole new level. Fans accept some players will go and find some first team football but one player's part-time departure hasn't gone down well.

It's fair to say that over the years Chelsea have built up quite the reputation for sending players out on loan. According to Transfermarkt there were 19 outgoing loan spells from Stamford Bridge last season, this season that figure is already at 11.

Whilst the names of some of the players to have left Stamford Bridge temporarily aren't that surprising or in fact aren't that recognisable there are one or two players you might have thought could do a squad job for Antonio Conte.

The likes of Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Kurt Zouma and Tammy Abraham could have been used as decent fall back options in the squad, although if their years away give them a better chance of starting for the Blues in the future it'll be worth it.

However whilst those departures haven't been met with too many dissenting voices the loan of Lewis Baker to Middlesbrough, as reported by the Mirror, has caused some to be annoyed:

It seems that a lot of fans issues are the same as Antonio Conte's. The manager has clearly been frustrated with the lack of transfers leaving his squad quite thin and was particularly annoyed that Nemanja Matic was allowed to leave.

Baker moved to 'Boro' as a replacement for Marten de Roon who has moved to Atalanta following following the north east side's relegation from the Premier League.

Who will be the next loanee out of Chelsea?
