PSG could be set to beat the rest of the Europe's elite teams as they look to make a massive bid for Ajax's pair of youngsters, Frenkie de Jong and Matthijs de Ligt.
Ever since PSG were brought by Oryx Qatar Sports Investments and Nasser Al-Khelaifi in 2011 they have been in competition to sign any big name player, with the French club up against the traditional big boys of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United, as well as their fellow nouveau riche clubs Chelsea and Manchester City.
The money has seen them sign the likes of Thiago Silva, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Angel di Maria, Edinson Cavani and more recently Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
Each time they've signed someone big they'll have beaten a club with a bigger reputation to the signing, with Real Madrid hovering around Neymar before he left Barcelona.

Splashing the cash left, right and centre has exposed the French champions to questions about whether or not they've legally kept on top of UEFA's Financial Fair Play laws but it doesn't seem to be slowing them down.
According to Spanish newspaper MARCA the Ligue 1 leaders have bid for Ajax pair Frenkie de Jong and Matthijs de Ligt with an offer 'outside of the market,' suggesting it's a big one, to blow Barcelona out of the water.
De Jong is 21 and plays in central midfield and De Ligt is just 19 and plays at centre back and both players have impressed so much in the Eredivisie that they're being tracked by Europe's biggest.

Barcelona were long thought to be leading the race to sign the pair and they were likely to be their top targets in the summer but if the decision is based on money then the French side will definitely move ahead of their Spanish rivals.
The report suggest Barca are aware of the offer and can't compete with the money and that PSG have previously been told to stump up €80 million for De Jong.
Any move for the pair will bring up more questions about FFP but the French side could get round them by selling one of their big names, like Neymar.
