In the summer Barcelona found themselves in trouble because of their transfer release clauses as PSG took advantage of the relatively low price of Neymar and the same thing could happen again with one of their youngsters.

Okay so £198 million might not seem like a small amount of money, and you'd obviously be right, but when you consider that Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo have release clauses of 1 billion you start to realise it was relatively low.

Spanish clubs have to have a transfer release clause added to their players contracts which is the only reason why they have them. But Barcelona really should have theirs higher.

According to the Mirror, Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal are all eyeing up the possibility of signing one of Barcelona's best youngsters for an extremely small price.

17 year old Abel Ruiz is the player who the three Premier League clubs are all considering making a move for and his transfer release clause is set at the extremely low price of £3 million.

The teenager's contract at the Camp Nou currently runs till 2019 and the Catalan club really want to start negotiations with the player over a new deal that would no doubt extend his stay there and increase his release clause.

Ruiz is not only considered one of Barcelona's biggest prospects but also Spain's and he is currently playing for Spain in the under 17 World Cup in India.
