PSG Set To Offer Marouane Fellaini Four-Year Deal

Marouane Fellaini has emerged as a shock target for Paris Saint-Germain, with the Manchester United midfielder's contract at Old Trafford expiring next summer.

The Belgium international is yet to agree terms on a new deal with the Red Devils, which leaves him free to negotiate with any interested club in the new year ahead of a free transfer in the summer.

Jose Mourinho is keen to get the former Everton man tied down to a new contract at Old Trafford, with Fellaini being regularly utilised by the Portuguese manager, yet PSG's interest may just turn his head.

Le10Sport in France are reporting that the free spending Parisians are putting together a lucrative offer for the 30-year-old midfielder, which would come as a stark contrast to the roughly 10 billion quid they spent on Neymar and Kylian Mbappe this past summer.

Fellaini arrived at Old Trafford from Everton in a £27.5 million deal in 2013 as the first signing of the doomed David Moyes era.

After a dismal first season as a United player, Fellaini eventually won over sections of the Old Trafford faithful with a series of important goals and effective performances under Louis Van Gaal before doing likewise for Mourinho.

The Belgian has made 144 appearances for the Red Devils over the last four years, scoring 19 goals and helping the club to an FA Cup, League Cup and Europa League along the way.
