According to Turkish outlet Fotomac via Talk Sport, Felliani will join Besiktas at the end of the season.
He's out of contract in the summer with Besiktas set to acquire the Belgium international on a free transfer.

Fellaini has played just 12 Premier League games for United this season, sparking interest from around Europe.
As well as Turkey, clubs in Italy and Spain including Sevilla have also reportedly expressed a desire to sign the 30-year-old.
Fellaini will likely be selected for Belgium's World Cup campaign, and following the footballing showpiece in the summer, he'll link up with his new teammates in Turkey.

If the move to the Super Lig transpires, it'll end Fellaini's 11 season stint in England's top flight.
United signed Fellaini from Everton in 2013 for a reported £27.5 million, reuniting with former manager David Moyes.
During his time at United, he's raised the FA Cup, League Cup, Europa League and Community Shield.
