Newcastle United are looking into the possibility of arranging a loan deal for PSG goalkeeper Kevin Trapp.
Rafa Benitez has made the goalkeeping a priority position to strengthen in and has been linked with a move for West Ham's on-loan England goalkeeper Joe Hart, who has lost his place in the side in recent weeks.
Still, David Moyes wants to keep Hart at the club, and so Newcastle are looking elsewhere.

And according to Simon Jones from the Daily Mail, the Magpies have identified out-of-favour Trapp as a feasible option.
The German international, formerly of Eintracht Frankfurt, has lost his place to rising star Alphonse Areola in between the sticks at PSG.
The 27 has started PSG's last two games, against Strasbourg and Caen respectively but they have been his only appearances this term, such is his lack of game-time.

Unai Emery prefers Areola, and the 24-year old is expected to remain as the number choice in goal for the foreseeable future.
With Trapp's first-team future looking bleak, Newcastle are exploring a loan deal for him, with Benitez also monitoring the situation of Real Madrid back-up shotstopper Kiko Casilla.
It's clear that Newcastle, currently in 13th place but only two points above the relegation zone, desperately need reinforcements. As per reports, they have their eyes on Chelsea's Kenedy on loan, while they have also discussed the likes of Islam Slimani, Troy Deeney and Diafra Sakho as striker targets.
Newcastle fans, would you be happy with the potential signing of Trapp? Where else do you need to strengthen?
