Manchester United's Daley Blind has been linked with away from the club when the January transfer window rolls around in January.

The Dutchman moved to Old Trafford from Ajax for £13.8 million in 2014, when Louis van Gaal took the reins at the club.

Capable of playing in multiple positions, he's since established himself as a reliable and solid player for the club, making 131 appearances and winning the FA Cup, EFL Cup and Europa League.

However, there is talk that his stint with United could come to an unexpected end mid-season.

Turkish outlet Hurriyet, via TalkSPORT say that Fenerbahce are keen on the Netherlands international, who could look to move on in the hope of finding regular first-team football ahead of the World Cup in Russia next summer.

Blind has made seven appearances for United this season and started the season as Jose Mourinho's regular left-back, playing the entirety of the first three Premier League games.

However, Ashley Young's return to fitness, and excellent form, has pushed the 27-year old out of the side and at present he is not in United's first-choice XI.

And,so the links to Fenerbahce have come about. Blind's United colleague Marouane Fellaini was heavily linked with the Turkish giants in the summer, and if Blind was to move to the Istanbul outfit, he would become the third Netherlands international in their squad.

Former Red Devil Robin van Persie, who Blind played with for a season at club level at United, is in his third season at Fenerbahce, while he's been joined at the club by compatriot Vincent Jansen, who has joined on loan from Tottenham.

Do you think Blind moving in the middle of the season would make sense or would Mourinho simply not let a valuable squad player go halfway through a pivotal campaign?
