Pep Guardiola has created a lot of his own headlines this season. Most recently was his very awkward post match interview but long before then he created a storm in a teacup when he dropped Joe Hart and brought in Claudio Bravo, now he's on the look out for a new keeper.
Things started brightly for Guardiola in England. After the opening games of the season Manchester City were flying and many people were wondering if anyone could catch them.
That meant that even City fans angry at the supposed 'bad treatment' of Joe Hart were willing to accept things. However form has been more inconsistent recently not least for Hart's replacement Bravo.

Now the Sky Blues have tried to sign a very talented young goalie from AC Milan, but it's not who you're thinking of. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Guardiola had a £1.7 million bid turned down for Alessandro Plizzari.
Milan currently have the most talked about young goalkeeper in the world as their first choice goalie in the form of Gianluigi Donnarumma, who has been linked with City and Juventus.

However it is the other teenager who the Premier League club have bid for. 16 year old Plizzari is somewhat dismissively known as "the other Donnarumma."
As well as sending Hart on loan to Italy with Torino and bringing in former Barcelona number one Bravo, Pep also brought in young Geronimo Rulli before selling him onto Real Sociedad with a buy back fee.
Whatever happens in the future with Bravo, Rulli, Plizzari and Donnarumma it's certain that Hart really does have no long term future at the Etihad.
