Manchester City have sealed yet another transfer with the Premier League campaign underway, making it Pep Guardiola's seventh summer signing.

The Spaniard has already drafted in Benjamin Mendy, Danilo, Bernardo Silva, Ederson, Kyle Walker and Douglas Luiz.

He's spent big bucks to lure the new talent to City but the club have shelled out just £3.5 million for their latest recruit.

City have agreed to sign Olarenwaju Kayode from Austria Vienna. The striker joins Pep's revolution in a deal worth £3.5 million, signing a reported four-year deal.

The 24-year-old had been attracting plenty of interest with the likes of top flight duo Newcastle and Burnley also keeping tabs on the player.

Though the promising youngster has opted to join City with Kayode being immediately shipped out on loan.

Just like Luiz, Kayode will ply his trade at FC Girona, next season.

Luiz, 19, joined City on a £10.7 million deal this window but has been loaned out to the Spanish outfit with Kayode following suit.

Kayode bagged 17 goals in 33 games for Austria Vienna and has an impressive 30 goals in 67 appearances during the last two campaigns.
