Eden Hazard's last act as a Chelsea player was to leave the Whatsapp group chat and none of his teammates has said anything since as they try to enjoy their summers.

Everyone loves a Whatsapp group chat amongst all their friends and even footballers are no different.

At Chelsea there's famously a group chat for all the players that are out on loan but there's also one for the players that are in the squad and still at Stamford Bridge, and the last person to speak in it is still Eden Hazard.

The Belgian might have left the Blues for Real Madrid 11 days ago but according to Emerson Palmieri the forward's parting words are still the last ones anyone in the group has said.

Talking to ESPN Brazil the full back said, "On the WhatsApp group, the last move there was Hazard's farewell.

"He said goodbye to the boys and such, since then, we don't know anything else. It's weird. He sent a 'thank you, I love you guys', and then it showed 'Eden Hazard left the group.'

"I said damn, he really left."

Hazard revealed after Chelsea won the Europa League that he wanted to leave and his departure was dealt with relatively swiftly.

The former Lille man has joined Luka Jovic, Rodrygo, Eder Militao and Ferland Mendy as Los Blancos look to overhaul their team.

It was a poor season for Real as they went through two managers before Zinedine Zidane returned as manager, finished third in La Liga and were knocked out of the Champions League at the last 16 stage.

Chelsea had an almost opposite end of the season. Finishing third was seen as a success and they won the Europa League, they also can't make any transfers this summer because of their ban.

In 2015 Patrick Bamford revealed that Chelsea's loanees had their own Whatsapp Group, telling the Evening Standard, "We've actually got a Chelsea loan WhatsApp group.

"The loan department set it up. Sometimes it drains your battery when everyone is messaging each other.

"If someone does something special at the weekend, one of the computer technology guys from the loan department will send it all out after the weekend."

Who will be the first person to speak in the Chelsea group now that Hazard has left?
