Real Madrid and Barcelona have both been linked with Donny van de Beek but according to one Dutch journalist the Ajax midfielder would prefer a move to Manchester United or Spurs.
All the talk in the transfer market is where Matthijs de Ligt will end up before next season gets underway but Donny van de Beek could yet steal some of the headlines.
The midfielder was another member of the Ajax team who impressed in the Champions League this season and like De Ligt, and Frenkie de Jong who has already moved to Barcelona, is expected to leave this summer.
Both Barca and Real Madrid have been linked with the 22 year old but according to Dutch journalist Marcel Van der Kraan, speaking to talkSPORT, the player would prefer to move to England:
"Donny van de Beek has his eyes set on the Premier League.
"I think he's a proper Premier League player - he's got a big tank, he's got the education from Ajax, he can play in more positions in midfield.
"I think he's got his eyes set on a club like Man United or Tottenham Hotspur.
"I've been talking to his agent, and he said if that would materialise it would be something right up his street."

That will certainly be good news for Spurs and Manchester United, both of whom are likely to be in the market for a midfielder this summer.
Both sides have been linked with Sporting's Bruno Fernandes but they could have even more need to add to the centre of the park.
Christian Eriksen has confirmed that he wants to leave north London, with Real Madrid heavily linked, and Los Blancos are also reportedly interested in Paul Pogba.

United have already lost Ander Herrera after his contract expired and it is an area of the pitch they are low on numbers and quality.
Champions League finalists Spurs didn't buy a single player in either of last season's transfer windows and Mauricio Pochettino will be desperate to improve his squad this summer.
After United's season they have even more need to improve, if they are to get back into the top four.
Van de Beek scored 16 goals in all competitions last season and made 12 assists for his teammates.
Will the Dutchman be playing in the Premier League next season?
