Bundesliga Star Confirms Transfer Talks With Arsenal

Arsenal appear to be in discussion with a Bundesliga star, according to the player.

The transfer talks surrounding Arsenal remain the ongoing saga's with both Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil. The pair of Arsenal attackers continue to be heavily linked with a move away from North London, with Premier League rivals Manchester United and Manchester City sniffing around.

But there seems to be good news on the transfer front for the club.

Berkay Ozcan has claimed he's in transfer talks with Arsenal.

"My agent and I are in discussions with Arsenal. Arsenal have been scouting me for the past two years and send representatives to watch my games," the Stuttgart midfielder told beIN Turkey via Metro.

"I am not sure if now is the right time to join Arsenal, it may be a bit early for me. I want to prove myself here and keep developing first."

Though his goal is to represent a club like Arsenal. "Ultimately, Arsenal is the club I want to join in the future, god willing I will achieve my goal.

If Ozcan does move to Arsenal, he'll be hoping his fellow German compatriot is still at the Emirates.

The 19-year-old explains his friendship with Ozil. "When we are both in Germany, we are meet when the opportunity arises. We go to the same café, we have eaten together once and my hair is like him."
