Barcelona may have some of the best players in the world in their team but some of them are closer to the end of their peaks than the start so they've drawn up a 14 man list of players to watch.
Ever since Pep Guardiola became the manager of Barcelona the club have been on a tremendous run of winning La Ligas, Copa del Reys and Champions League, being one of the best sides in the world.
Throughout that time some of the best players in the world have been synonymous with the club in the form of Dani Alves, Xavi, Andres Iniesta, Lionel Messi, Gerard Pique, Luis Suarez, Sergio Busquets and Neymar.
Some of those players have already moved on, leaving big shoes to fill and some continue to make up the fulcrum of the team. However those who are still there have all past the age of 30.

Barcelona have already started the process to try and bring the average age of their squad down but the first wave of signings saw the likes of André Gomes, Alcácer, Lucas Digne and Denis Suarez all fail to make the grade.
Now, according to Spanish paper AS, they are eyeing up the second part of their plan with 14 names being considered, and scouted, as transfer targets.
Koen Casteels, Jeroen Zoet, Matthijs De Ligt, Milan Skriniar, Dayot Upamecano, Kalidou Koulibaly, Ferland Mendy, Nicolás Tagliafico, Filipe Luis, Frenkie De Jong, Paul Pogba, Adrien Rabiot, Krzysztof Piatek and Nicolás Pepé are all on the list.
The names that jump out include Ajax youngsters Matthijs de Ligt and Frenkie de Jong and well as renowned midfielders Paul Pogba and Adrien Rabiot.

Pogba has had his issues at Manchester United recently and reportedly wants to join Barcelona whilst the Catalans have previously tried to sign Rabiot, who is out of contract in the summer.
Goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen is likely to move from the Camp Nou at the end of the season so some back up goalkeepers are also on the list.
Barca have already added Ousmane Dembele, Philippe Coutinho, Arthur, Clement Lenglet and Malcom as part of the process to make the squad younger.
