England under-21's secured their semi-final spot in the European Championships last night, but let's just take a moment to appreciate Jordan Pickford's incredible contribution to England's opener.
Following England under-20's World Cup heroics, the under-21's are attempting to bag another major international honour with Aidy Boothroyd's charges in the last four.
After drawing blank against Sweden, England then reeled off back-to-back wins against Slovakia and Poland. The under-21's picked off the hosts by beating them 3-0 thanks to goals from Demarai Gray, Jacob Murphy and Lewis Baker from the spot.

Gray repaid the faith shown by Boothroyd by scoring the first goal of the game which included a lovely assist from Ben Chilwell. Not to mention an unreal goal kick courtesy of Pickford.
The new Everton signing pinged a gorgeous ball to the Leicester city full-back before he found his club colleague. Just check out this ball from Pickford.

WHAT A GOAL KICK!
Needless to say, it sent social media into overdrive. Here are some of the reactions from Twitter:
Despite Sunderland getting relegated, the 23-year-old stopper was the only bright spot for the club. His performances between the sticks prompted Everton to splash out £30 million to acquire his services.

Ronald Koeman will he hoping for those kind of goal kicks next season.
