It feels like Cristiano Ronaldo breaks a new record every time he steps onto the pitch and he's added something new to his esteemed collection this evening.

The four-time Ballon d'Or winner netted Real's second goal in the 12th minute against Borussia Dortmund at the Bernabeu, meaning he is now the first player to score in every single Champions League group game.

The 32-year old collected the ball just outside the box, shaped himself to shoot and then bent one into the top far corner with an absolute peach of a strike.

Though the Portuguese superstar has struggled domestically this term, his strike this evening was his ninth in six group games. And clearly, he saved his best till last.

What a way to make history. Here's how Twitter reacted:

Yet another piece of Champions League history for Ronaldo. Will this record ever be broken?

Sound off in the comments.
