David de Gea's form for Manchester United this season has been so bad that he's actually having a worse year than Loris Karius, who hasn't exactly had a great time on loan at Besiktas.
Less than a year ago you'd have been forgiven for thinking that Loris Karius was the worst goalkeeper on the face of the planet, whilst David de Gea was considered on of the best as he had been done for several years.
The Liverpool keeper had a mare in the Champions League final as two errors led to the Reds losing to Real Madrid but it had been a season of poor form for Karius.

Right now though De Gea is the man in the spotlight not doing well with his error against Chelsea on Sunday was his third big error in a big game in a row, following mistakes against Barcelona and Manchester City.
And the stats, according to WhoScored, say that the Spaniard is having a worse season than Karius:

De Gea's mistake cost United three points at the weekend. Not only did they miss out on two points against Chelsea but the Blues' point made it highly unlikely Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side will qualify for next season's Champions League.
On the contrary Karius was on form on the weekend as Besiktas won 4-1 against MKE Ankaragucu to remain just three points off top in the Turkish Super Lig.
It remains to be seen if De Gea can turn things around at Old Trafford with rumours the former Atletico Madrid goalies could leave this summer or next, when his contract runs out.
