Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho avoided another changing room bust up after the 2-2 draw against Southampton because the midfielder gave a calm response in the face of some harsh criticism.
Back in October things were crumbling around Jose Mourinho as his hide failed to win four games in a row, across three competitions, and there were angry words exchanged with Paul Pogba at the training ground.
The manager was somehow able to keep things from completely crumbling to the ground, grabbed a few positive results and seemed to bring harmony back to the dressing room.
United have since had another slide and the loss to Manchester City in the derby has been followed by draws to two of the league's out of form sides in Crystal Palace and Southampton.

After the Saints game Mourinho reportedly once again went in on Pogba saying, "You don't play. You don't respect players and supporters. And you kill the mentality of the good honest people around you," in the dressing room.
That could have kicked off an almighty row but instead Pogba reportedly reacted pretty well. According to the Times the Frenchman calmly stated his case saying that he has no one to pass to because the system doesn't allow players to move freely.
Jose had said after the game to the press that the poor performance was down to the player's mentality and not his tactics, saying, "Doesn't matter the system we play, [it] has to do with the characteristics of the players.

"We don't have many - with all the respect, hope people understand what I mean - we don't have many 'mad dogs'.
"The ones that bite the ball all the time and press all the time, we don't have many people with that spirit, so nothing to do with the system."
The draw at the weekend away to Saints, who then sacked Mark Hughes, coupled with Arsenal's win against Spurs left the Red Devils eight points behind the top four.
