Cristiano Ronaldo decided to give up life bossing it in Spain to move to Italy and join Serie A perennial winners Juventus but despite not scoring any goals so far it's life back in Spain that is annoying him at the moment.

This summer wasn't the first time that Cristiano Ronaldo was linked with a move away from Real Madrid, heck that had happened every year since he joined, and it wasn't even the first time he said he might leave, the difference this year was that he did.

After returning from the World Cup, that followed Los Blancos and him winning a third Champions League in a row, he packed his bags up and left for Juventus, once they handed over roughly £89 million.

It hasn't been the ideal or expected start for the five time Ballon d'Or winner as after three games in Serie A he has failed to find the goal, despite 23 attempts to score from him.

However that's not likely to distress Ronaldo too much as it's exactly the form he had at the beginning of last season at the Bernabeu but he is a little perturbed by things in Spain still.

According to Marca the 33 year old is upset at the criticism from Spanish journalists writing about how good Real look without him and feels what he achieved at the club is going underappreciated.

During his time at the club Ronaldo won two La Liga titles, two Copa del Reys and four Champions League titles including La Decima and the three in a row with Zinedine Zidane in his last three seasons there.

The former Sporting winger also became the club's all time top scorer bagging 450 goals in 438 appearances, destroying Raul's record of 323 scored in 744 appearances.

Ronaldo came under most of his criticism in Madrid for missing the award ceremony during the draw for the Champions League Group Stages where his former teammate Luka Modric was named the best player.

The Juve forward called the Croatian to congratulate him on his success, according to reports in Portugal, and he will be at the ceremony in London for FIFA's The Best awards.

Is Ronaldo right to feel upset?
