Chelsea winger Eden Hazard appears to be closing in on his dream move to Real Madrid after reports suggests he is on the verge of agreeing personal terms with Los Blancos.

The Independent claim that the player's representatives have been in lengthy negotiations with the club, and despite those talks being 'not together smooth', it seems a deal is likely.

Both camps are keen to get the deal over the line as the summer window approaches.

It is believed that the Premier League side are demanding a fee of £100 million.

Of course, Zinedine Zidane has never been one to hide his admiration for the Belgian player and in the past, Hazard has made it clear that a move to the Bernabeu is his dream:

"Real Madrid are the best club in the world. I don't want to lie today. It is my dream since I was a kid. I was dreaming about this club." he said back in October.

"We will see. I don't want to talk about this every day, I don't have time. But we will talk about my future soon."

The Belgian has also made it known of his admiration for new manager Zinedine Zidane, so who knows what the next transfer window could bring.

Real Madrid decided to appoint Zidane as their new boss back in March, just ten months after the Frenchman opted to leave the club following a third consecutive Champions League title win.

In addition to his appointment, it is believed that president Florentino Perez has handed the new manager a huge transfer budget of £300 million to improve the current team - a kitty that could be used to bring in a Galactico for the first time since 2014.

The Independent have named four players who could move to the Bernabeu, but can you see any of these names moving?

Neymar has been a long-term target, while his teammate Kylian Mbappe has also been name dropped.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen also features, while Chelsea's Hazard is perhaps the most likely candidate to make the switch.

Who do Los Blancos need to challenge for European glory next season?
