It appears that Cristiano Ronaldo is the 'secret buyer' of the highly anticipated Bugatti La Voiture Noire, a one-of-a-kind model that has apparently set him back a tasty $18 million.

That's right. There is only of these available in the world and the Juventus forward, who is known for his love of Bugatti's, has apparently bought it, according to AS.

La Voiture Noire, which literally means "the black car", was built to celebrate the company's 110th anniversary and its unveil at the Geneva Motor Show certainly caused a buzz among enthusiasts.

If you haven't yet seen this beautiful structure, then prepare to be blown away.

The La Voiture Noire has an 8 litre engine that produces almost 1,500 horsepower.

It also has a top speed of 420 kilometres per hour, and can go from 0 to 100kph in 2.4 seconds, an incredible speed for a truly incredible car.

This won't be the first time Cristiano Ronaldo has purchased a Bugatti.

After Portugal's historic victory over France in the 2016 European Championship final, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner celebrated in style with a 'run-of the mill' purchase.

He only went out and bought a Veyron worth around $1.5 million.

As well as owning the Ferrari F430, Phantom Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini Aventador, Maserati GranCabrio and the Bentley Continental GTC, among others, Cristiano has decided to splash out on arguably his best motor yet - the La Voiture Noire.

Oh and remember the time he 'raced' a Bugatti Veyron?

Well, he can do that pretty much everyday in the back garden now he's purchased this beast.

We might be tad jealous on this occasion, Cristiano.
