Things didn't look good for him after the FA Cup game with Brighton.

If Jose Mourinho likes you then you can consider yourself very lucky but if not then there's a good chance he'll let you know. And it seems like fans are getting the hint how he feels about one Manchester United player.

In his pre match press conference on Friday afternoon Jose Mourinho showed all the passion and attacking intent that his team failed to show on Tuesday night when they were knocked out of the Champions League by Sevilla.

Check out our video on Jose Mourinho's best quotes:

It was unlike the former Real Madrid manager who is usually a bit more cerebral, apart from when his team score very late winners, especially at Old Trafford.

But on Saturday evening he could be seen screaming throughout the first half of United's FA Cup quarter final against Brighton, urging his team to get forward, and one player was on the end of most of the shouting.

That player was Luke Shaw who was starting his first match since the FA Cup game against Huddersfield on February 17th. After 45 minutes of being shouted at the former Southampton left-back was taken off at half-time for Ashley Young and that led most fans to assume the end of the 22 year-old's time at Old Trafford:

It's a huge shame for the young English full-back that he hasn't lived up to his potential during his time at United and all his early momentum was killed off when he suffered a broken leg at the beginning of his second season with the Red Devils.

He still has time on his side and Spurs have been strongly linked with him in the past with United linked with the north London side's Danny Rose.

What next for Shaw's future?
