Just 24 hours after PSG announced they would take "appropriate" action against Neymar after he failed to turn up for pre-season, the Brazilian has been spotted playing Footvolley.

The French club posted a statement on Monday afternoon confirming that the Brazilian "did not show up at the agreed time and place" for training.

And it appears Neymar has yet to return to Paris after he was pictured on the beaches of Brazil.

The 27-year-old reportedly watched the Copa America final with friends before playing in a beach volleyball tournament, according to The Daily Mail.

They also claim he is 'refusing' to go back to the French capital.

Neymar posed for pictures with professional beach football player Bello Soares as footage soon emerged online.

In terms of his potential transfer, the Brazilian has verbally agreed a five-year deal worth £400,000 a week to rejoin Barcelona, according to reports in Spain.

SPORT claim that Neymar already has a verbal agreement in place with his former club, and accepted the offer from Josep Maria Bartomeu 'without hesitation'.

Bartomeu has said that Neymar wanted to quit the French champions, but admitted that it would be very difficult to re-sign him:

"We know that he wants to leave Paris Saint Germain, but we know that they don't want him to leave, so there is no case," the 56-year-old Spaniard said.

The report also says that Neymar will hugely reduce his wages from £33million a year to £21million a year, a similar wage he was on after leaving for Paris just two years ago.
