If you had to name a manager in world football that compares to the genius of Pep Guardiola, I can almost guarantee you that Neil Warnock wouldn't crop up in that conversation, but here we are.

Guardiola, having won major titles in Spain, Germany and more recently England with Manchester City, is often regarded as one of the greatest of all time, hailed for his philosophies and ability to adapt to different styles of play.

Neil Warnock, on the other hand, is a stubborn but intelligent manager who has an incredible record of winning promotion from the lower leagues.

If you compare his way of football to Guardiola, though, they are world's apart.

But despite having their different philosophies, these huge characters hold the same values to their players.

In a video that has gone viral, "Guardiola vs Warnock - Different Philosophies, Same Inspiration" showcases how both men handle interviews and conduct the dressing room.

Yes, they are very different but my god is this fascinating.

This might just be the best watch of the year so far:

Warnock, famous for that sweary rant at Phil Jagielka and Chris Morgan during his time at Sheffield United, is very straight to the point but his passion for the game is evident for all to see.

Manchester City's current manager is just as animated, even when his team are winning.

He is rarely satisfied, just ask Raheem Sterling who received a lesson after City clinched the FA Cup last season.

Let the world know that Neil Warnock and Pep Guardiola aren't as different as you might think.
