Manchester United are already planning to make significant moves in the summer transfer market, according to reports.
Jose Mourinho didn't get his desired centre-back toward the end of his stint at Old Trafford, but it looks like the next manager of United - Ole Gunnar Solskjaer or not - will be given a big transfer budget.
According to TalkSPORT, four main targets have been identified.
Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic, Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, Crystal Palace full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Inter Milan centre-back Milan Skriniar feature on the list.
At the end of last year, Manchester United's pursuit for Koulibaly suffered another big blow after Napoli have reportedly rejected a £91m (€103m) bid.
Corriere dello Sport said that the Italian club turned down a world-record bid for a defender.
But it seems United may return with another offer in the summer.
In January, according to the Mirror, Manchester United and Chelsea joined Manchester City in the pursuit of Crystal Palace right back Wan-Bissaka, and the South London side are expecting bids this summer.
Wan-Bissaka, who made his debut for Roy Hodgson last February, has been one of the Premier League's top performers outside of the top six.
But would he become a star at Old Trafford in the coming years?

United were also linked with a bizarre move for Barcelona's Coutinho in the January window, but it seems they may move for another Barca player, Ivan Rakitic.
And finally, the highly rated Inter defender Milan Skriniar is another player who is being tracked by a host of European clubs.
Skriniar and Toby Alderweireld were amongst those linked with a possible move to Old Trafford under Jose Mourinho last year but of course, nothing came of it.
