Alex McLeish was left stunned after Scotland suffered a shock 3-0 defeat to Kazakhstan in their opening Euro 2020 qualifying match.
Yuriy Pertsukh opened the scoring in the sixth minute and Talgat Baysufinov's men had doubled their lead thanks to Yan Vorogovskiy.
While McLeish hoped that his side would bounce back early in the second half, they experienced another setback when Baktiyar Zaynutdinov extended their lead at the Astana Arena.
