Romelu Lukaku Has Picked Up Strong American Accent Since Leaving Manchester United

Former Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku appeared on YouTube's LightHarted Podcast this week to talk about his journey in football.

The Belgian forward, who left Old Trafford on transfer deadline day to sign for Inter Milan, spoke about a number of topics on the popular show.

Lukaku discussed his relationship with new manager Antonio Conte and why he rates Serie A as the second best league in the world.

He also discussed France's World Cup win last summer in the lengthy chat with Rising NBA Star Josh Hart.

In this segment, it has been suggested that Lukaku appears to aim a dig at former teammate Anthony Martial.

"I was in Miami and there were some players who didn't even make the cut. They were fronting with the trophy. I'm like what the f***, you didn't even play."

It must be noted that it is unclear whether the Belgian was talking about Martial in the above clip.

Lukaku's accent, on the other hand, has been a huge talking point on social media.
