Manchester United have finally announced the signing of Aaron Wan-Bissaka on a five year deal worth a whopping £50 million.

The 21-year-old, who had the highest tackle success rate of any defender last season, is the club's second signing of the summer window after Daniel James joined from Swansea City earlier this month.

Wan-Bissaka has all the ingredients to become a key member of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side in the coming months.

The 21-year-old will likely slot into the right-back position previously 'maintained' by converted defender Ashley Young.

Young didn't exactly have the best campaign in 2018/19 and some fans are delighted that Wan-Bissaka will take over that position in the coming months.

In fact, it didn't take long for fans to create a chant for the talented full-back that mentioned the 33-year-old:

"WAN BISSAKA,
TWO BISSAKA,
THREE BISSAKA, FOUR,
NO ASHLEY YOUNG AT RIGHT BACK ANYMORE."

YouTuber Ganners also celebrated the signing by posting the following clip on his channel.

United fans have a right to be excited about the young English full-back.

Wan-Bissaka topped most defensive stats following a dominant campaign last season, completing most clearances, most tackles won, most take-ons completed and most interceptions.

Not to mention the highest tackle success rate of any Premier League defender.

Thoughts on the signing of Aaron Wan-Bissaka? Can Manchester United make a challenge for silverware this season?
