Phil Neville may always be Gary's brother but the younger sibling sure has an eye for talent.

The retired footballer now plies his trade as a pundit, just like older bro Gary, but an image of a Tweet from Phil back in 2014 perfectly underlines his ability to identify a superstar.

In 2014, Paulo Dybala was a budding attacker churning out performances for Italian outfit Palermo.

The following year, the Argentine ace moved to fellow Serie A side Juventus where he's since been producing heroics, including his incredible outing against Barcelona in the home leg triumph.

Dybala and Co. would eventually knock out the Catalans over two-legs, which subsequently prompted his club to offer the 23-year-old a brand spanking new contract.

Despite the mega deal, he continues to be subject to intense transfer speculation from Real Madrid who are hellbent on acquiring his services.

Though before his move to the Old Lady, Dybala was brilliantly scouted by Phil who took to Twitter to post the following message.

"Watched a player last night who's going to be a star Palermos Argentine Dybala remember the name!!"

Good shout, Phil. Dybala was a relative unknown prospect back then but is now a household name who continues to wreck havoc against some of Europe's finest.

While the Scudetto is pretty much in the bag, Juve will be hoping to go all the way to Cardiff, Wales, to clinch the coveted Champions League.
