Gary Neville has revealed his prediction for the Premier League ahead of the upcoming 2017/18 season.
The Manchester United legend feels it'll be a two horse race with neither of last seasons top two involved.
Chelsea ultimately lifted the league title ahead of London rivals Spurs. Antonio Conte produced managerial magic as he won the trophy in his debut season in England.

Mauricio Pochettino's charges took them all the way but Neville believes neither team will be vying for the title next season.
The Sky pundit has gone on record stating that he thinks the title is heading back to Manchester.
"I said last season that the title would come to Manchester and I was wrong - but I think this year it will," Neville told Sky Sports.

Under Pep Guardiola, Manchester City finished third in the league while Jose Mourinho's United finished outside of the Champions League spots, though secured a place among Europe's elite by winning the Europa League.
Both City and United have recruited since the end of last season by spending big money. Guardiola has notably drafted in AS Monaco starlet Bernardo Silva, while his fierce rival has spent over £100 million on Victor Lindelof and Romelu Lukaku.

And while the defending English champions are set to lose the services of Diego Costa, Neville also says how Chelsea will 'dip' after being back in Europe.
"I think Chelsea will dip a little bit. Not in a negative way, but just having the Champions League will bring different challenges. I think Tottenham will be strong, but I feel that either United or City will win it, but I'm not sure who."

With the transfer market hotting up, whoever does the most shrewd business will be primed to win the league title.
"I say it every year, whoever recruits best wins the league. Chelsea getting N'Golo Kante was a masterstroke and Eden Hazard and Diego Costa came back to form. All the clubs are going for the same players, they're all expensive and controlled by agents."
"So, whoever has the best relationship, the best contacts and is willing to put the money in will probably do it," he added.
