Borussia Dortmund are well known for having one of the best atmospheres at their home games in the whole of Europe and now it's going to be even better with the new ground expansion of six seats.

In the last few years Borussia Dortmund have gone from being the hipsters dream to everyone's second favourite club, behind their own, as a mixture of attacking football and a brilliant atmosphere have made them pretty popular.

Jurgen Klopp's Dortmund side went toe-to-toe with Bayern Munich, beat the famous German juggernaut to two league titles and faced them in a Champions League final.

In the past couple of seasons Dortmund haven't quite been the same side but they continue to produce exciting teams to watch and their crowds continue to be some of the best around.

They currently pull in on average 79,496 fans per game in their stadium that holds 81,359 and there's a reported 50,000 fans on their season ticket waiting list.

Now though more fans will be able to enjoy the stadium with the capacity being raised to a whopping 81,365. A massive six more seats.

The advantage of extending the capacity of Signal Iduna Park by such a small amount is that it'll be ready in time for next season, not like Spurs who had to leave their stadium for a season.

The biggest change for BVB though will be in the Champions League. In European games the ground can only currently hold 65,851 but that will increase by 248 to 66,099.

Dortmund's average attendance in 2016/17 put them top of the highest average attendances around Europe, leading Barcelona on 78,034. and Manchester United on 75,290

Last season the side famous for the Yellow Wall had some early season troubles and sacked Peter Bosz, who'd replaced Thomas Tuchel in the summer, before appointing Peter Stöger.

Stoger took the team to fourth in Bundesliga, guaranteeing Champions League football next season, but has been replaced by Lucien Favre.

Now the team will be boosted by six more fans!
