It just had to be, didn't it? Zlatan Ibrahimovic made an instant impact on his debut for LA Galaxy, scoring a 35-yard worldie and then a last-minute header to complete a stunning comeback for his new side in the Los Angeles derby.

A Carlos-Vela inspired Los Angeles FC were 3-0 up and flying but buoyed by the arrival of their marquee signing, Galaxy struck four times in 30 minutes to claim an incredible 4-3 win.

Sebastian Lletget and Chris Pontius were on target to bring the score to 3-2 and it was the Zlatan show after that.

The Swede bagged an insane looping half-volley to equalise and couldn't contain his emotion, whipping off his shirt and celebrating wildly.

He wasn't done there though, as the 36-year old headed home a dramatic last-minute winner from an Ashley Cole cross.
