Youri Tielemans is one of the most sought after youngsters in world football.
The Anderlecht man is a man in demand thanks to a series of strong displays this season.

Currently the vice-captain with the Belgian side, he has scored 18 goals from midfield in all competitions this season - including several stunning screamers from long distance.
It's surely only a matter of time before the 19-year old moves on to bigger and better things, and he's been linked with a number of moves away.
News emerged recently that Monaco are in advanced talks with Tielemans, who would be a fine addition to a young, exciting Monaco side brimming with quality.
But Everton are also understood to be tracking him with Sport/Foot in Belgium, brought to our attention by Sport Witness, reporting The Toffees have made for a bid for the central midfielder.

Tielemans' agent is Christophe Henrotay, who appears to have strong links to Everton and owner Bill Kenwright in particular. Henrotay's father has past dealings with Kenwright, who signed Belgians Kevin Mirallas and Marouane Fellaini in recent years.
€25m (£21 million) is the fee being mentioned, though Sport/Foot note that Monaco are still in the driving seat, even if no deal is completely concrete at this stage.

However, as per Sky Sources, the very latest development is that Pep Guardiola is a fan, and that Tielemans is one of his top targets as he eyes a £250m revamp to change things up at Manchester City in the summer.
The central midfielder appears to have plenty of options on the table going into the summer window, while the likes of Benjamin Mendy, Kyle Walker, Ryan Bertrand, Virgil van Dijk and Alexis Sanchez are also been mentioned as top targets for Guardiola.
