Youri Tielemans is one of the most sought after youngsters in world football.
The Anderlecht man is a man in demand thanks to a series of strong displays this season.
Currently the vice-captain with the Belgian side, he has scored 18 goals from midfield in all competitions this season - including several stunning screamers from long distance.
Several big clubs across Europe have beentracking him for a while now and news emerged recently that Monaco are in advanced talks with the 19-year old, who would be a fine addition to a young, exciting Monaco side brimming with quality.

According to L'Equipe, the deal is so in control that other big sides interested have already moved to other targets.
And though Monaco would be a good bet for his next destination, the latest development is that Premier League side Everton are interested in Tielemans.

As reported by Sport/Foot in Belgium, and brought to our attention by Sport Witness, The Toffees have made for a bid for the central midfielder.
Tielemans' agent is Christophe Henrotay, who appears to have strong links to Everton and owner Bill Kenwright in particular. Henrotay's father has past dealings with Kenwright, who signed Belgians Kevin Mirallas and Marouane Fellaini in recent years.

€25m is the fee being mentioned, though Sport/Foot note that Monaco are still in the driving seat, even if no deal is completely concrete at this stage.
