Lionel Messi has talked up the potential signing of Antoine Griezmann to Barcelona.
The Atletico Madrid ace continues to be heavily linked with a move away from the Spanish capital, as Europe's elite track his progress ahead of tabling a summer bid.
Following another prolific campaign in La Liga - which included an impressive 19 goals in the league, Griezmann is once again subject to intense transfer speculation.

Manchester United are reportedly interested in acquiring his services.
However, it appears Barcelona have pipped the Premier League outfit to his signature. Well, that's if reports are anything to go by.
Barcelona recruited Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool in January not to mention Ousmane Dembele last summer, and are now in line to further bolster their ranks with the addition of Griezmann.

It'd be a welcome arrival, with Messi talking up his talent while being an admirer of the 27-year-old French international.
"It's obvious that I like him. He's one of the best right now," he told RAC1.
"I don't know if there's anything with him or not, but we're delighted that the best come and Griezmann is one of them."
Barcelona wrap up the 2017/18 term with the league and cup double in the trophy cabinet.

A 'very good season' according to the Argentine hero.
"It was a very good season. We went back to get La Liga and the cup," he added.
