What a strike!

Cristiano Ronaldo was amongst the goals yet again as Real Madrid ran riot over Sevilla at the Bernabeu.

Following on from reaching the Champions League final for the third time in four years and having the opportunity to become the first side to win the Champions League back to back after overcoming arch-rivals Atletico in the semi finals, Real ran out 4-1 winners when they hosted Sevilla today.

Goals from Nacho Fernandez, Cristiano Ronaldo (2) and Toni Kroos clinched another huge three points for Los Blancos in the La Liga title race.

And Ronaldo's double means he is now on 401 goals for Real Madrid, as well as being level with Jimmy Greaves with the most league goals scored in one of the top five European Leagues, having found the net on 366 occasions.

Undoubtedly his second strike was the pick of the goals.

You just don't save those.

A lovely free-flowing move from Real, finished off by an emphatic finish by their main man - who nearly broke the net with his left-footed strike.

The F2 Freestylers summed up the goal perfectly with the following Tweet:

Barcelona beat Las Palmas by the same margin away from home and are currently top of La Liga because they boast a better head-to-head record.

However, Real have a game in hand on their title rivals and if they collect four points from their final two games, they will be crowned champions.
