Fernando Torres has provided a refreshingly honest assessment of his Atletico Madrid future amid interest from the Premier League.
The transfer rumour mills are set to go into overdrive with the January window approaching.

And one player who continues to be subject to intense transfer speculation is Fernando Torres. The Atleti striker is being heavily linked with a return to England's top flight
"My future is always next Saturday," he told AS.

Torres added: "I know every game I play could be my last with Atlético. Maybe not, but that's how I feel. I play every game as if it were my last. Nobody's gifted me anything, not at all. I came in the winter transfer window and my first games were against Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Diego Simeone's side are currently occupying third spot in the La Liga ahead of Spanish champions Real Madrid, while six points adrift of league leaders Barcelona.

And they'll be aided with the acquisition of Diego Costa who officially completes his transfer in January.
Ahead of his arrival, Torres is aware first team opportunities could dry up.
"Now Diego Costa is coming in and it'll be tough for me to play, but I'll work to be in the team as I've always done.

"In England, the media impact [that the league has] is huge; any team from the top six has the same impact in Asia or the United States as Real Madrid or Barcelona. Playing there is really special," he added.
