Serge Gnabry has been sucked up by the Bayern Munich talent vacuum

Former Arsenal midfielder Gnabry has officially joined Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich on a three-year deal.

There's going to be plenty of bargains this summer no doubt, but many believe Bayern Munich have just scooped the steal of the transfer window.

Bremen confirmed this week that midfielder Gnabry has opted to part ways with the Bundesliga club after just one season, saying:

"After a very good first year for him at Werder, Serge has informed us that he would like to take the next step in his career," managing director Frank Baumann told the club's official website

Well, It didn't take long for Bayern to swoop. The club announced the deal on Twitter this morning:

Gnabry has been 'sucked up in the Bayern Munich talent vacuum' and revealed his delight soon after the news was announced:

The 21-year-old made 27 league appearances for Bremen last season, scoring 11 goals from midfield.

Werder finished eighth in the Bundesliga, with the former Arsenal man making a huge impression on the squad.

Bayern may have just got one over Arsenal. Again.
