Real Madrid would need to pay Neymar a LOT of money to lure him away from Paris Saint-Germain.

Like, £1.2 million a week. Yes, WEEK.

Real Madrid would need to table a monstrous financial deal worth a staggering £1.2 million a week to sign Neymar from PSG this summer according to AS.

So, that's £62 million a year, £5.2 million a month, £1.2 million a week, £171K per day, £7K per hour and over £100 per minute. Wow.

His wage demands play a crucial role in any move from France to Spain.

The 27-year-old sealed a world record transfer in 2017. He moved from Barcelona to PSG in a mammoth £198 million transfer.

However, his future remains subject to intense speculation with reports linking him with a return to La Liga.

Real Madrid have been heavily linked with Neymar as they seek to snap up a 'Galactico' ahead of the new campaign following a disastrous 2018/19 season.

Last summer, Real Madrid sold Cristiano Ronaldo but they failed to replace his void with the club seriously struggling for goals.

They've been linked with a bunch of marque attackers with Neymar believed to be on their transfer wish list.

The Brazilian, of course, has already enjoyed a spell in Spain's top flight with Barcelona. He spent four seasons in Catalunya before departing for Paris.

He scored plenty of goals as he forged a lethal trio with Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi.
