Paris Saint-Germain are determined to sign Ajax starlet Matthijs de Ligt this summer and have offered the teenager a deal worth a whopping €15 million per season.
As reported in Sport, new PSG director of football Leonardo has a great relationship with de Ligt's agent Mino Raiola.
The French champions are willing to do 'whatever it takes' to sign the defender, with negotiations intensifying over the last few days.
PSG are now reportedly confident of sealing a deal for the Ajax captain, who is also wanted by Barcelona.

The €15 million a year deal is double that of the La Liga winners, with Barca offering between the sum of €5 and €7 million.
Per week, it would work out at around €288,000 a week.

The news will be disastrous to Barcelona, who believed a deal was all sewn up back in March and would be signed in April.
De Ligt's national teammate and former Ajax cohort Frenkie de Jong signed a deal with Barcelona in January and many believed the Ajax captain would follow suit.
De Jong has recently declared that he would love for de Ligt to make the move to Nou Camp with him, but he wouldn't stand in the way of him making a different move.

Following Holland's 3-1 victory over England last night, the midfielder told Goal that,
"No, he has to make his own decisions.
"Of course I would like him to come to Barcelona but we will see what happens. It's up to him."
"I don't know, it's his decision," De Jong continued on Thursday. "You have to ask him about it but I hope he comes to Barca."

The 22-year-old added: "Of course we talk about it [De Ligt joining Barca]. It's not up to me to say what he's going to do or his thoughts.
"I don't have an influence on his choice. He has to make it on his own and with his family."
