Victor Lindelof's attracting interest from a "great European club" according to his agent amid Barcelona rumours.
The La Liga giants are flirting with the idea of signing Lindelof after failing to acquire Ajax's 19-year-old starlet Matthijs de Ligt, who's reportedly set to join Juventus.
Lindelof, who signed for United in 2017, took time to adapt to the Premier League but he's since become a regular fixture for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Last season, he played 30 league games as he impressed Solskjaer and fans alike.
His showings at the back have also alerted Barcelona who've apparently contacted the Swede. Well, that's according to his agent Hasan Cetinkaya.
"Lindelof is in the orbit of a great European club, but leaving United depends on the English club," he revealed.
While he hasn't named the club, it appears to be Barcelona.
Despite Lindelof being on Barcelona's transfer wish list, a departure seems unlikely. The player, meanwhile, has traveled to Australia with the rest of the squad for the club's pre-season tour.
United remain in the market for another defender after snapping up Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace.
The Reds have been heavily linked with a move for Leicester City's Harry Maguire.
The Foxes are holding out for a whopping £80 million after rejecting a bid in the region of £70 million.
Cross-town rivals Manchester City are also in the hunt to sign the England international.
