Imagine if Liverpool signed Kylian Mbappe. The absolute scenes.

Well, Fabinho wants the World Cup hero to complete a switch to Liverpool.

Liverpool have already done a madness this transfer window following the signings of Fabinho, Xherdan Shaqiri, Alisson not to mention the pre-contract agreement of Naby Keita.

The Reds finally secured the signing of Alisson who heads to the Premier League as the most expensive goalkeeper in history.

Liverpool shelled out a whopping £62 million to acquire his services, fending off competition from the likes of Chelsea and Real Madrid, among others.

The club tabled a further £39 million to prize Fabinho away from AS Monaco.

The versatile Brazilian adds a layer of depth to Jurgen Klopp's midfield options and he wants Mbappe to join him at Liverpool.

"He [Mbappe] has already said this season he will remain at PSG, but I will try to slowly to convince him to come over," he said.

Fabinho and Mbappe both shot to fame following heroics for AS Monaco, which included dumping out Manchester City in the Champions League.

The forward sealed a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain while Fabinho swapped AS Monaco for Liverpool, with the French teenage sensation sending him a congratulatory Tweet.

"Kylian Mbappe sent me a text message congratulating me for coming to Liverpool.

"Unfortunately I have not had a chance to congratulate him for what he did during this World Cup.

"What France did was fantastic. What Mbappe did in two years of professional football is amazing. He is a phenomenon and needs to be congratulated, and as soon as I have the chance I will."

Liverpool's attacking trio is terrifying as it is but imagine if the club snapped up Mbappe.

The 19-year-old has been heavily linked with a transfer to Real Madrid who are chasing a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.

While Mbappe fits the bill, a move is unlikely with the attacking phenom set to remain in Paris.
