Mike Dean is magic, he wears a magic hat and when he saw the Emirates he said I fancy doing some mad skills to entertain my adoring fans. That's a number one hit right there.

We may be entering a new Premier League season with new players and managers, but referee Michael Dean from Heswall, Wirral, hasn't changed after a long summer break, thank god.

During Arsenal's epic 4-3 win against Leicester City last night, Dean managed to produce the goods on a number of occasions.

From emulating Luka Modric's famous dummy to dazzle the Leicester defence to taking the piss out of Alex Oxlade Chamberlain after he gave the ball away, Dean was on fine form, last night.

Look at this magnificent dummy from Dean:

And just look at his reaction when Chamberlain lost the ball.

Alex, you've let your family down, you've let your friends down but most of all, you've left Mike down:

Away from his comedic moments, Dean was criticised for his decision to allow Mesut Ozil to play on despite a clear handball.

You can see the 49-year-old is just yards away from the incident, but the referee played on.
