Real Madrid's coaching staff have performed a series of tests on Cristiano Ronaldo's body and the results indicate that he has the physical condition of a 23-year old.
It is being reported that the 33-year-old has the fat content of 7%. If you compare this to other footballers, the average is around 10 or 11%, according to a report from Spanish publication AS.
Ronaldo also has a muscle mass of 50%, and again, if you compare it again to other professionals, the usual figure doesn't exceed 46%.

The fact that the former Manchester United winger can record such figures at his age is remarkable.
Although he isn't as quick as he used to be, the five-time Balon d'Or winner still has pace to burn. According to Spanish newspaper AS back in 2017, the maximum speed that Cristiano recorded was of 33.25 km/hour.
If you compare that to Manchester City's Leroy Sane, the German winger became the Premier League's fastest when he was recorded running at 35.48 km/hour.
Not only is the German the fastest in the league this term, edging out Crystal Palace's Patrick van Aanholt, he is also the quickest player since records began.

Here are the two lists in full, with some very surprising inclusions:
Ronaldo again proved his unbelievable physical presence during Real Madrid's win against Juventus earlier this week, jumping over 2.3m to score one of the greatest Champions League goals of all time.
He even practiced his overhead kick goal a day before during Real Madrid training, so it definitely wasn't a fluke.
I can just imagine Cristiano banging them in at the age of 40, judging by his current physical condition.
